Queen’s Stiletto – Deepeeka

$54.95

In stock

This resplendent Stiletto has a triangular blade of high carbon steel and a hilt of antiqued cast brass which bears the statuesque portrait of a Queenly monarch. The stitched leather sheath is completed with a belt loop with a retaining strap.

Many stiletto are simple weapons, but this one is an embellished example serving as both a symbol of noble status whilst serving as a easily-worn and deadly weapon of self defense. As the origin of the name implies, the weapon has its roots in Italy and takes it name from the Latin stilus – a thin engraving instrument used in antiquity for inscribing words and tallies into clay or wax tablets.

This item is not constructed to the battle-ready standard of a sword or large dagger, but it is constructed solidly enough to be used within the parameters expected of a stiletto. The item uses a short tang due to the elaborate hilt construction instead of a standard tang that extends to the pommel. It is sturdy enough to be used strictly for piercing or thrusting. It should not be used to bang against hard objects or to be pulled and torqued when within a target.
