This large Khukuri is akin to the styles of Khukuri associated with the village of Angkhola village in Eastern Nepal. It has a wide blade with a ribbed appearance due to the five fullers that run most of its length. A thick spine and blade tip weight ensure that it comes down on its target with great chopping force.

The blade is crafted from high carbon steel. The blade has been given a differential heat-treatment for its tempering, giving it a harder edge that will be more resilient to dulling and a softer body and spine that can absorb shock. The edge has a hardness of 58-60 HRC, the body is 45-46 HRC and the spine has a hardness of 22-25 HRC. The thick tang is surmounted by two carved and riveted rosewood halves for a grip. It has a guard of steel.

The scabbard is of water-buffalo leather over a carved core of pinewood and traditional Nepalese ‘’Laha’’ glue. It has an integrated belt loop and a small leather retaining loop at its tip. There are two internal pockets in the scabbard for the ‘’karda’’ and ‘’chakmak’’ knives - one is a utility knife and the other is used to aid in sharpening the Kukri itself. These utility knives are constructed of high carbon steel paired with rosewood grips.
