Chain mail armor was used in many cultures through out history. This riveted steel chain mail shirt is made with each link flattened and riveted together for durability. Dipped in zinc to prevent rust. The wire is 16 gauge steel with a 3/8" inner ring diameter in the international pattern of 4 rings through a 5th. Fits up to 54 inch chest. 33 inches long with approx. 18 inch sleeves. Sleeves hang just below the elbows on average height warriors. Weight approx. 23 lbs.
