Composite bows were made of a sandwich of wood, horn and animal sinew all laminated together to form the most powerful weapon of the ancient world.
This modern recreation of the Mongol Bow is made of wood and fiberglass with horn reinforced string nocks. The body of the bow is covered in a soft leather to help protect it from the elements. Leather color will vary in tones of black, brown and gray.We stock this bow in two draw weights. 35 pounds and 50 pounds both at 28 inches. We can special order other combinations on request.
