The Paul Chen / Hanwei Folded Steel Tiger Wakizashi features a sharpened, folded steel blade with bo-hi. Differentially tempered to HRC60 on the edge and HRC40 on the back, the ASSAB-K120C powder steel blade has a distinctive hamon and clearly visible folded steel effect. The handle features a genuine white rayskin grip with black Japanese cotton cord wrap. The blackened iron tsuba features a tiger inlaid in brass. The wooden scabbard has a black lacquer finish with inlaid brass bamboo leaves. The fuchi, kashira, kojiri, koiguchi and kurigata are of blackened bronzed iron, selectively detailed in gold.
