The Del Tin Late Period Viking Sword is based on an original excavated from a river in southern England dating from 1100-1150. It’s pommel is the distinctive late Viking lobated style, while the downswept guard is more akin to later Medieval period swords. Features a gently tapering blade with narrow fuller. The guard and pommel are solid steel, while the grip is wood wrapped in brown leather. The unsharpened blade is made of well tempered Chrome-Vanadium steel with a hardness of 50HRC and is peened at the pommel for durability.
