Tod Cutler – 14th – 15th Century Bollock Dagger with Dot and Circle Grip

$108.00

This 14th – 15th Century Bollock Dagger is a composite dagger with features from several period sources; the high carbon steel blade has been crafted with an asymmetric, dual-edged design with a pronounced central ridge to give the blade substantial rigidity and durability. The well-formed and contoured grip is carefully carved from wood and features a distinctive period punch design. The blade is securely mounted with a peen over a brass rosette washer.

The characterful double-layer stitched sheath is crafted from vegetable-tanned leather and embellished with incised and punched patterning. Belt lacing ties and a chape of brass complete the scabbard.

Please Note: The blade is intentionally asymmetrical in profile and this was done to replicate some historical examples.
