Wulflund – Totentanz Skeleton Stilleto

This macabre dagger is full of the grim character of late Medieval Europe and looks like it would fit right within the Totentanz artworks of Albrecht Dürer and Hans Holbein. The character of Death embodies the hilt of this slim stiletto and seems to remind or even warn the wielder that death is literally “at hand”. Slender and nimble, the high carbon steel blade of this dagger is quite a bit deadlier than it may appear, as a long puncture wound – especially to a vital, was outlandishly difficult to treat in this period. The hilt is cast entirely from brass.
