The Darksword Armory German Executioner Sword is designed after a later historical model that survives in the Medieval Crime Museum (Mittelalterliches Kriminalmuseum) in Germany. This sword dates from the 1720's at the end of the period where swords were used for executions. This sword features a long, heavy blade that ends not in a point but a distinctive flat edge. The blade is heavily decorated as many executioners swords would be and the inscription translates to ''I spare no one'' a brutal message for criminals facing this swords edge.
Features an unsharpened 1060 high carbon steel blade. The guard and pommel are steel, while the grip is wood with a brown leather wrap. Includes a wood scabbard with leather wrap and steel accents and belt.
