At the heart of the sword is a blade forged from resilient 5160 high carbon steel which is tempered and differentially hardened to a Rockwell hardness of approximately 60 HRc at the cutting edge and 48–50 HRc at the core. This advanced heat treatment produces a keen, wear-resistant edge supported by a tougher, shock-absorbing spine and blade body, delivering both durability and cutting performance. Weighing approximately 4 lbs 7 oz with a point of balance around 4 1/2 inches from the guard, the sword offers authoritative power while remaining controlled and surprisingly agile in motion.
The long tang extends fully through the hilt and is securely peened over the pommel for a tough and lasting construction. The grip measures just over 8 inches in length, providing ample space for a firm two-handed hold and excellent leverage for decisive strikes. The bronze hilt components are beautifully cast with precision and completed with an antiqued finished and infused with lavish detailing from the precision casts. Included with the sword is a wood core scabbard which is bound in leather and completed with an integated sword belt and a metal chape.
