This large bladed agricultural and village Khukuri will readily clear dense foliage and brush with ease, as well as chop and cut stubborn materials. Though intended for practical village and camp use, in skilled hands it is a vicious and capable tool of self defense and survival. The blade is forged from 5160 high-carbon steel with differential hardening: the edges achieve a razor-sharp 58-60 HRC for enduring toughness, while the body registers 45-46 and the spine a resilient 22-25 HRC. It features five Chira weight-reduction grooves on each side, paired with an exceptionally thick, robust spine that empowers the khukuri to deliver devastating chops and cleaving strikes.

The handle is intricately carved from rosewood, secured by a substantial steel bolster. The scabbard follows traditional construction using pinewood, assembled with Laha tree gum adhesive and sheathed in tightly bound rawhide for protection. It includes an integrated belt loop and two internal pockets for the classic khukuri companions: the karda utility knife and chakmak sharpening steel, both crafted from high-carbon steel with rosewood handles.
