Hanbon Forge – Rengoku Sword – Demon Slayer (T10 Steel, Full Length Tang)

Rengoku’s sword from Demon Slayer is meticulously recreated here by Hanbon Forge and it is of substantially higher quality than many other reproductions on the market with its tough T10 blade and a battle-ready overall construction. No mere cosplay prop or wall decor, this version of Rengoku’s sword is fully functional making it ideal for collectors, enthusiasts and cutting practitioners alike. At less than 3 lbs in weight and with a balance of about five to six inches above the guard the sword is weighted and balanced like a quality historical katana.

The tempered 28.5 inch blade of T10 blade of was clay tempered in the traditional manner to imbue it with a hardened and wear-resistant edge and a flexing spine and body for resilience and shock absorption. It was carefully blued and colored to give it Rengoku’s distinctive flame pattern. The blade has a full length katana tang which is securely mounted into a wooden tsuka grip of about 10 inches in length; the grip is bound in cord for a sure grip. The tsuba and other hilt fittings are made from solid lacquer-finished metal, unlike the inferior plastics of lesser replicas. Included with the sword is a katana gift box and a brocade sword bag.
