Raven Helmet
The Raven Viking Helm is crafted from 19 gauge steel and features a angular ocular faceplate in addition to hinged cheekplates and an aventail of butted mail. The interior of the helmet is fitted with an integrated and adjustable leather suspension liner and included is a separate strip of foam which can be inserted behind the leather to give the helmet some padding. The cheekplates are lined with leather for additional comfort and have two small rings which allow for the included leather cord to be used to tie down the cheekplates. The helmet is finished with a stout chinstrap of thick leather which is adjusted to fit with its steel buckle.
Chainmail rings are 9 mm in interior diameter and 16 gauge in thickness.
