The Swordier Andúril is a fully functional, battle-ready longsword that is true to its cinematic roots yet designed for real-world handling, this impressive sword combines robust construction with dynamic balance and impressive cutting capability. The blade is forged from tempered 65 Mn steel, a choice material known for its strength, resilience, and ability to hold an edge through demanding use. At a blade length of 34-3/4 inches, this sword is infused with a commanding presence and excellent reach. The blade features an elegant hollow grind blade geometry which not only aids in creating a sharper and more acute edge, but also serves to significantly reduce weight from the blade, and with a blade this large that adds up to a significant drop in blade mass and weight in favor of balance and weight.

Despite its substantial size, the Andúril feels remarkably responsive in the hand. Tipping the scales at 4 lbs 3 oz with a point of balance just 3/4 inch above the guard, the sword pivots very close to the wielder’s hand. This thoughtful balance point gives the blade a lively feel — it moves with purpose and power without the weight feeling burdensome in motion, allowing for confident, controlled strikes and transitions.

The guard and pommel are finely cast from stainless steel and the grip features black leather wrap measuring 4-1/4 inches, extending to a generous 9-inch overall handle with its genuine leather wrapped grip and elongated pommel, giving the user ample leverage for two-handed use when greater control or force is desired.
