Viking Bone Grip Seax with Etched Norse Design - Deepeeka

This Viking Seax is ideally sized as an everyday utility knife and its thick spine and stout width give it great durability for dealing with the myriad of tasks a Viking might deal with while out on a raid or working at a homestead. The blade is hand-forged from high carbon steel and the hilt is carved from polished bone and etched on both sides with Norse design. The bolster and pommel cap are brass and a brass hanging ring allows for the attachment of a lanyard.
A sturdy sheath of thick and high quality vegetable-tanned leather is included; the leather was hand-tooled with Norse design on both sides before being dyed an earthen umber hue. Brass rivets and bone scales both secure and embellish the sheath and it is completed with two handing rings which are cleverly formed from entwined Norse serpents.
