Medieval Heavy Crossbow - Deepeeka
This functional Medieval Heavy Crossbow has a stout hardwood stock and a thick steel prod. The stirrup, bow irons, nut, trigger and butt cap are all crafted from steel. Included are three crossbow bolts with wooden shafts and darkened steel bodkin tips.
This crossbow is built to be functional with functional parts, but draw weights can vary considerably between individual crossbows of this model. Some require the use of a windlass to span, whilst others can be loaded by hand with a stout pull from a decently strong individual. A windlass is sold separately and a link to one built for this crossbow is in a photo link beneath the crossbow photos.
