Steel Gorget with Articulated Collar - Lord of Battles
This encompassing gorget is crafted from 16 gauge stee and it provides excellent coverage to the entire neck and collar; the plate lames for the collar are articulated and will compress and slide past one another when pressed upon the head to ensure that movement is not restricted. The neck plates are thinner and are crafted from 20 gauge steel.
This armor piece swivels open to allow it to be placed into position and then is closed with an integrated pin and further secured with a steel side buckle and thick leather strap. Slashed border design and brass studding give the gorget some knightly embellishment befitting a professional warrior.

Comes with a little pin that’s not easy to see in the pictures that latches the gorget shut. However, if this is too small for you you can just use the leather strap to tighten it. If you have a large neck you may want to look for a gorget which has leather straps on both sides instead of the hinge. Fully covers the neck and provides decent protection considering it’s somewhat of a last line of defense. A satisfactory purchase.
