Late Medieval Arming Stage Combat Sword - Stage Combat Version - Deepeeka - DISCONTINUED
This Arming Sword is fitted with a thick, blunted blade and a peened construction to ensure it is strong enough for stage combat. The blade is of C60 high carbon steel and the hilt components are forged from mild steel. The grip is wood and is bound with a tight wrap of leather cordage.
The companion scabbard to this sword has a core of carved wood; it is tightly wrapped in brown leather and finished with a steel locket and chape. A pair of hanging rings allow it to be worn vertically from a sword baldric (baldric not included).
With a wide-based blade with a tapering form, this arming sword stylistically represents knightly arming swords of the high and late medieval periods.
