Musha - Raiden Damascus Blade Katana
The Musha Raiden Katana has a blade of tempered and sharpened folded damascus steel which was finished with a polish that brings out the ripple-like patterning throughout the blade created by its many internal steel layers. The sword is durably mounted into a hilt with a cloud dragon tsuba with intricate antiqued detailing; cast in zinc alloy, this component is matched with a fuchi and kashira with antiqued finishing. The habaki and seppa are cast from brass. The wooden grip has panels of genuine rayskin which is bound in black ito cord.
The sword is matched with a wooden scabbard which is finished with a glossy black lacquer and a black sageo cord. The sword comes with a cloth sword bag and a brocade-bound gift / storage box.
