This Medieval or Renaissance Jerkin is crafted from stitched high quality suede leather and is an ideal finishing piece for the adventurer, hunter, rogue, brigand peasant and craftsman alike - a highly adaptable outer garment well-suited for a wide range of society and characters! Front and side leather cord lacing allows it to be easily sized to fit and the lacing holes are reinforced with blackened metal grommets.

I have only worn this a couple of times, but it seems to be durable and the leather is quite thick. This “jerkin” laces up the front as well as both sides. It is short, without a shirt underneath your bellybutton is showing. It looks exactly as pictured though. It would go good with many different period costumes. I am 6’1” and 195 lbs; I ordered the L/XL and it fits as it should. There were similar products I would have ordered instead, but this one wasn’t on back order. Yet, overall I am happy with the purchase.
