Molay Templar Longsword - Deepeeka
The Molay Templar Longsword has a blade forged from high carbon steel. The crossguard was steel artfully twisted into form by the smith; the steel pommel is emblazoned with the cross upon both sides. The wooden grip is bound in tightly bound in spiralled leather. A felt tab fitted atop the scabbard to give it a protective fit with the scabbard - it can be removed if desired.
The wood-core scabbard is overlaid in leather and finished with steel fittings and steel hanging rings.
With a long and relatively broad blade with a lenticular cross-section, this sword has a form that emphasizes cutting over thrusting - a typical form for a longsword of the late 13th and early 14th century in the time of Jacques de Molay; the last Templar Grandmaster for whom this sword is named.

Good Budget Sword This sword is pretty decent for a budget purchase. It is a great looking bastard sword with a distinctive look to it. The scabbard is very nice and comes with multiple rings for wearing in different positions. The sword seemed pretty well balanced to me and feels good in the hand. Though not sharpened, you can add that on for a little extra (about 20 bucks if I recall, contact KoA to get the link for custom sharpening. though be warned as sharpening quality can vary, sharpen yourself if you can). My only Complaints about the sword are that the edge alignment is a bit off, and the blade is ever so slightly warped, though the warps are superficial and should have no effect on the blade. As for the edge alignment, it is a bit annoying but I don’t plan on using it for extensive cutting anyways. The metal was a bit eroded on the guard where one of the crosses were cut, but again, only a superficial issue. My only other complaint is that the pommel was also a bit crooked, though some elbow grease sorted that right out. Beautiful lower end sword for anyone wanting that Crusader/Paladin vibe. I would highly recommend this for a first purchase sword or for costume use. Would give 4 stars if the edge was better aligned, but maybe I just got a runt!
Pretty but a flimsy blade I liked this sword, its a beautiful piece, light and decently balanced, however the blade seems very flimsy and im afraid it will break with heavy use, i used this sword in sparring matches and while the blade never broke it wasnt holding well and started getting deep burs on the edge of the blade rather quickly, as well as after a few months of use the cross guard broke in half, in conclusion much like its single sword counter part, its a nice wall or cosplay piece but not for combat.
