Kingston Arms – Bollocks Dagger

Kingston Arms presents its take on the classic form of the Bollock Dagger of the Medieval and Renaissance world. True to form, the blade is long with a thick spine to give it exceptional rigidity to ensure it can readily puncture the defense of the foe with ease. A nice detail seen on this replica that is not seen on many other reproductions is the reinforced tip which flares out on the distal profile to create a wedge that gives excellent support for the tip. The single-edged blade with a vicious thrusting tip is forged from 1566 high carbon steel which is well-tempered. One can easily see how this popular form of dagger evolved into the Scottish Dirk.

The hilt is of well-carved hardwood with a stainless steel bolster and pommel cap and plenty of room for a firm grasp on the grip. The dagger is paired with a stitched leather sheath with a stainless steel chape and an integrated belt loop for wear.
