The APOC Chop House Knife has a robust blade of black coated 9260 high carbon steel with a 56 HRc hardness at the edge. Its form is a hybrid between a chop house meat cutting knife and a Dadao – a combination that serves to give it hefty cleaving power! The blade spine is quite thick and durable and not only lends substantial resilience to the blade, but also serves to power it through powerful cuts and hacks.

The hilt is constructed in a full-tang design for maximum structural strength and its grip halves are crafted from highly robust G10 high pressure fiberglass laminate. Included is a MOLLE compatible Kydex sheath with a nylon belt loop and buttoned retaining strap.

    1. yeah no

Junk Chinese steel and or poorly done Chinese ht….either way…its definitely not Cheness 9260

    2. Yeah but it and try it

How can you judge a item that you yourself have not bought. So as another man and in honor of Nick’s Dad found in the APOC gladius reviews, I will give this blade a 5 star review to offset your one star. APOC is a good brand whose blades can take a beating. I have smacked the blade of my APOC longsword (somewhat accidentally) into my solid wooden bedpost and it was undamaged. So don’t judge a book by it’s covered. And remember some of us actually hold the sword that they judge.

    3. Nick’s Uncle

In honor of Nick’s Dad from the APOC wasteland gladius I am giving this blade a 5 star review. APOC is a good brand and many people can attest to it. There are videos on this very website of people using APOC swords. And one thing you have to remember most of us own the blades we write reviews about.
