Scorpion - Achilles Sword with Sheath
The Achilles Sword has a blade of 1095 high carbon steel with a tempered hardness of 57 HRc. It is built for delivering very powerful cuts and chops and is robustly constructed with a full-tang construction which has grip scales of walnut which is riveted directly to the thick blade tang. Included is a durable leather sheath with riveted construction and a slotted belt loop.
Influenced from the sword Achilles used in the movie "Troy". Achilles was the son of the mortal Peleus and Nereid Thetis. He was the mightiest of the Greeks who fought in the Trojan War, and was the hero of Homer's Iliad. Achilles was invulnerable in all of his body except for his heel. His heel was vulnerable & died due to a poisoned arrow shot into his heel, the "Achilles' heel".
