Everest Forge - Moro Laring Sword
This Filipino Moro Laring Sword is crafted by Everest Forge of Nepal; the Laring is a short and aggressively shaped sword purpose-built for impactful cuts and powerful puncturing thrusts in close quarters and this replica is a great addition to the collection of a backyard test cutter or collector. The blade is crafted from 5160 high carbon steel and its thick spine gives it plenty of rigidity for durability and to make it a fierce puncturing blade. The hilt has a guard and pommel of steel and the grip is smoothly polished wood. The full length tang is peened over the pommel the secure the sword in its hilt. Included is a thick leather sheath with stitched construction, a belt loop for wear and buttoned retaining straps.
