Iron Axe Wedges - Set of 6 - Lord of Battles
This set of Axe Wedges is an assortment of hand forged, iron wedges intended to more securely fit an axehead to its haft. They can be pounded into the haft to forcefully expand the wood within the axe socket to create a tight and secure fit.
A variety of wedges are included in this assortment (as shown) to be used to fit different sizes of axes or to best fit the degree of expansion required. While many axe hafts can benefit from the use of axe wedges, they are most useful for axe hafts that are thoroughly straight and parallel.

These are indeed a variety pack of iron axe wedges; there’s not much to get wrong about them, so why not 5 stars? I bought them as backups for future axe modification, so I can’t speak into their performance. I have no reason to doubt they will do exactly what they’re supposed to. Do keep in mind it’s iron and not steel, so you may want to take precautions against rusting.
