Mexican Bowie

(1 customer review)

The Mexican Bowie is a very unique and effective Bowie design. The original is in a private collection, but it wouldnt be out of place on the belt of General Santa Anna while seeing courageous action on the frontier. It is made with 1085 high carbon steel, uniquely shaped, hand forged full tang blade. Solid brass finger guard and bolster with hand finished, solid wood handle. Includes top grain leather belt sheath with embossing and metal reinforced tip.

Mexican Bowie Knife I do NOT collect a whole lot of knives. For some tasks, (skinning out that deer, peeling potatoes, chopping or slicing tomatoes or chopping wood) go on to another knife. As a historical representation of a (probable) period fighting knife (1800s), this IS the ultimate one I have seen as it speaks of the American Southwest. Quality of this knife is excellent and other sellers like to upcharge the buyer. KultofAthena has my business.
