Musashi Ketto Katana
The Musashi Ketto Katana is a lively sword with a powerful groove-less cutting blade which delivers maximum cutting force to the target with the increased mass at the blade spine. The blade is forged from 1060 high carbon steel and was clay-tempered in the traditional manner to possess an edge of hardened steel and a tell-tale genuine hamon line. The tsuba guard, as well as the fuchi collar and kashira pommel cap are metal with an antiqued brass finish and the habaki and seppa are bright brass to contrast. The wooden tsuka grip is inlaid with genuine rayskin and then bound in dark blue cotton ito cord.
The sword is paired with a bold saya scabbard lacquered in vibrant red with gold flecks and completed with a black and red sageo cord. Included with the sword is a black cloth sword bag and a serialized production certificate from the forge.
