The blade is robustly mounted into the hilt and its tsuba, fuchi and kashira components are finely cast from metal with a silver finish. The tsuka grip is made from wood and has panels of faux rayskin which is knotted over with a bronze hue tsuka ito grip.

The scabbard is carved from wood which is finished with a glossy layer of smooth black lacquer and a matching knotted sageo cord. The sword comes with a cloth sword bag and a sword stand ideal for a desktop or shelf display.
