Vision – The Agincourt with Scabbard – Collaboratively Crafted by Angus Trim and Valiant Armoury

The Valiant Armoury X Angus Trim Vision Line is a collaborative effort between famed swordmakers Angus Trim and Valiant Armoury. Vision creates premium, entirely made in the USA swords that meld Trim’s magnificently optimized performance blades with the hilt design, robust construction and superior leatherwork that is the hallmark of Sonny and Zach Suttles at Valiant Armoury. The final product preserves the ideal blade harmonics and balance needed for each sword to perform to its fullest potential and is a heirloom-tier sword.

The 35″ blade of the Agincourt is hand-forged from 5160 high carbon steel, spring-tempered for a balance of edge retention and flexibility. Its hilt components are crafted from solid steel with an antiqued finish, while the grip is carved from Poplar hardwood, tightly bound in high quality leather. The hot-peened pommel anchors the hilt construction securely making it robust and ready for use. A wood-core scabbard clad in top-grain leather is included and is complete with a thick leather suspension belt, steel-reinforced buckles, and metal chape for protection.

The Agincourt Sword has a balance optimized for cutting efficiency and control. At just over 3 pounds with a long two-handed grip, it flows smoothly through guard transitions and delivers powerful cuts without excessive fatigue. It is an authoritative longsword in the hand and well capable of delivering very powerful, sweeping cuts.
