Dragon King - Yanone Katana
The Yanone Katana is imbued with the symbolism of archery; a deep connection to the origins of the Samurai as horse archers who, through mastery of skill and concentration, could dominate the battlefields of Japan as an indispensable warrior class.
The blade is crafted from 65Mn high carbon steel which has been differentially tempered to possess a hardened edge and a shock-absorbing blade body and spine. The habaki and seppa are silvered and the tsuba, fuchi and kashira hilt fittings are of iron and are intricately detailed with ornate Japanese arrowheads.
The wooden tsuka grip is inlaid with panels of faux rayskin and is wrapped in a tsuka ito grip wrap of black synthetic cotton. The saya is crafted from wood and finished with glossy black lacquer. A cloth sword bag is included with the sword.
