Boar Hunting Spearhead - Deepeeka - Deepeeka
This large medieval spearhead is in a form designed for hunting boar and big game – its long and widened blade are designed to inflict a puncture wound that is both deep and quite wide for maximum stopping power and its two side mounted wing lugs prevent excessive penetration as a safety and control measure to the huntsman.
The spearhead is long and large enough that the blade edges could also be used to slice and cut if needed – it is an altogether impressive example of a large medieval hunting spear designed with the express purpose in mind of stopping a large and fierce target in a single powerful strike.
It is forged from high carbon steel and it is ready to be socketed onto your own wooden haft with an end which has been tapered to fit the socket. Two pre-drilled holes allow for the insertion of your own screws to reinforce the head when mounted. This additional mounting hardware is not included.
