This dagged Aventail is ready to be riveted into your Medieval helmet to give it a notable upgrade in its overall defense. This aventail is constructed from wedge-riveted flat rings which alternative with solid flat rings - a common historical construction method for mail. The mail is strongly stitched onto a leather band which can be inserted within the circumference of your helmet before riveting or glueing into position.
