Polish Army Officer's Saber Pattern 1919 - Universal Swords
This reproduction of the Polish 1919 Military Officer's Saber captures the minute details of a historical original, including the makers mark at the base of the blade of two crossed swords with the letters ZZMW (Zjednoczenie Zakłady Mechaniczne Warszawa). The tri-fullered blade is forged from tempered high carbon steel and the hilt is detailed cast brass with a fine polish with a intricate Polish Eagle on the pommel. The wooden grip is bound in ribbed leather for a sure grip. Included with the sword is a beautiful scabbard of polished brass with a steel chape and steel hanging rings.
