Bleeding Stillman Hawk - Deepeeka
The Bleeding Stillman Hawk is forged from high carbon steel and crafted to have a distinctive heart-shaped cut-out. The axe head is left in a rough-polished state so that it can keep a hand-forged appearance befitting an iconic tool of the frontier forge.
The tomahawk axe handle is crafted from Hickory wood; the alignment of the edge when throwing or striking is aided by its teardrop-shaped cross section. Please Note: The wooden handle may be rough by default and some final sanding to get it as smooth as you would prefer may be needed.

Often paired together
These are great for throwing. They are well balanced, easy to dial in the rotation, and easy to control. First time using them, after 2 practice throws to get the rotation right, I threw 83 consecutive bulls eyes on a regulation target (84th hit but didn’t stick because I wore the target out). They have become my prefered throwing axe. They also sell the replacement handles that are easy to replace. I haven’t broken one yet, but it makes it a lot more fun to throw when you are not worried about breaking them.
When they arrived I was excited to open the package, sadly the tomahawk looked nothing like what’s in the ad. The weeping heart wasn’t carved in as shown in the picture, but a poorly painted on heart shape on the axe. The price is great, just wish I received what I ordered.
