Bazubands – Plate and Chainmail Arm and Hand Armor Set – 20 Gauge Steel – Epic Dark Finish

Inspired by the armor of Persian and Indian warriors, this matched set of Bazuband Armor provides plate protection for the forearm and hand; linking its components with chainmail melds protection with maximum flexibility. A set of thick leather straps and adjustable brass buckles fits the armor the arm and a panel of integrated leather for the underarm both ensures a better fit whilst providing additional protection. Leather bands accommodate the hand and thumb.

The armor is crafted from 20 gauge steel with an Epic Dark finish. This aged and darkened finish is not simply for looks, but it also gives some oxidation resistance to the armor to hinder rust. It still requires maintenance and oiling to ensure that it does not rust. The chainmail is of butted construction and the leather is thick vegetable tanned leather. The interior of the armor is blackened to give it some resistance to rust.
