Condor - Norse Dragon Knife
The Norse Dragon Knife from Condor pairs a robust blade of 1095 high carbon steel with a grip of American Hickory which is embellished and embossed on both sides with a Viking dragon which was burnt into the wood grip to create a 3-dimensional design. The blade has been antiqued and it has a thick spine to ensure it is durably crafted and ready for utility and self-defense alike. The knife is completed with a bolster plate of brass.
Paired with the knife is a tough leather scabbard with finely stitched construction, matching embossed design and a belt loop for wear.

Condor Tool & Knife of El Salvador has long been a prime source for robust and practical machetes, tools and camp gear and knives. In recent years they have been taking their know-how for durable craftsmanship and quality tempering to create swords, daggers, axes, spears, and more. Offerings from Condor Tool & Knife are typically rugged, ready for use, and competitively priced.
Condor Tool and Knife was founded in 1964 when the German Solingen-based company GEBR Weyesberg Co. expanded its operations. GEBR Weyesberg Co. was founded in 1787 and became one of the world’s largest manufacturers of knives and swords. When they founded Condor Tool & Knife they shipped state-of-the-art german manufacturing equipment to the new company and sent skilled employees to train the new workforce to make high quality and well-standardized knives, tools, and swords. Local El Salvadorean investors purchased Condor in the 1980s and it continues to run today operating 24/7 to fulfill worldwide demand.

The knife has a very good feel to it, it’s very sturdy, and well balanced. The blade is pretty thick, took it out hunting as an around the camp knife, held up really well, and has decent edge retention.
It stays in the sheath really well, never had an issue with it falling out. No rust issues either, quick wipe down after use and back in the sheath it goes.
