The Dybäck Viking Sword is a reproduction of an 11th Century original found in a peat bog in Sweden. The immaculately detailed sword was likely a prized possession of a Norse chieftain or champion and the hilt was embellished throughout with knotwork and animal motif design of snakes, birds and fantastical beasts. The blade of this replica has been crafted from tempered C60 high carbon steel. The guard and pommel are finely cast in great detail in antique-finished brass and the wooden grip is tightly bound in braided brass wire.

The sword is paired with a wooden scabbard which is tightly bound in stitched high quality leather and adorned with intricate and quality-crafted fittings and a belt suspension slide of antiqued brass.
