Please Note: Leather color may vary from photo and may be colors like brown, black, blue, green or red
Tough and hard-hitting, this Buhurt style Falchion from Fabri Armorum is ready for repetitive HMB tournament use. Its blade is crafted from 54SiCr6 (14260 ČSN) steel which is tempered to a 50 HRc hardness for a great balance between resilience and wear resistance optimized for hard use. The blade is thick edged and wide blunted all the way around with a well rounded tip. The hilt has a robust construction with a brazed and welded pommel. The crossguard and pommel are crafted from thick steel and the grip is bound in leather.
The steel used for the blade 54SiCr6 (14260 ČSN) is typically used in industrial settings for components such as performance train suspension or valve springs in engines that are exposed to high, repetitive impact stress.
