This is a really nice helmet! There is a helmet liner inside, unlike what we see in the pics displayed here, but I’m honestly not that bothered by it, given that it provides a bit of cushioning for my head. The strap also allows me to push the helmet back so anyone could see my face, like William the Conqueror is portrayed doing in the Bayeux Tapestry. If you’re planning to reenact as a high ranking Norman knight, or early Medieval warlord, I would recommend getting this helmet.
