Musha - Kuzuryu Katana
The Musha Kuzuryu Katana has a functional cutting blade of sharp 1045 high carbon steel; its bo-hi groove along the spine removes unneeded weight to optimize the sword for responsive, fast strikes. The habaki and seppa are crafted from brass and the tsuba, fuchi and kashira are of antiqued metal. The grip is crafted from wood and have panels of faux rayskin which are overlaid in knotted ito cord. Included is a black-lacquered wooden saya scabbard with a vibrant red dragon etched into the wood which is picked out in fine red lacquer. A saya cord completes the scabbard and a separate cloth sword bag is included for storage / transport.
