Roman Gallic ''H'' Officer's Helm - 18 Gauge - Deepeeka
This Imperial Roman Gallic H Officers Helm is crafted from 18 gauge steel with brass edging, and accents. Included with the helm is a horsehair crest and a brass crest holder. The crest and its holder is removable; when fitted atop the helm the crest can be tied down to small rings on the helm to stabilize it. The leather cords to tie it down are included.
The cheekplates of the helm are hinged and they have two small rings to tie a chin strap onto (chin strap not included). The interior of the helm is blackened and unlined - a separate padded arming cap is included with the helmet.
This helm can be converted to having a transverse crest by using a crest holder intended for a transverse crest (not included). The brim of the helm has two holes in its domed base rivets that can be used to tie down a transverse crest.
