12th Century Holy Land Crusading Knight's Sword - Deepeeka
This sword is fully infused with knightly character and would have been a trusted sidearm for a professional warrior, a trusted companion for the long pilgrimage to Outremer, the Crusader States and Jerusalem. The blade is forged from well-tempered C60 high carbon steel with ample reach for a strike from horseback, or on foot from behind a large shield. The guard and pommel are crafted from resilient mild steel and the wooden grip is tightly overlaid in stitched high quality leather. The thick tang is strongly peened over the pommel for a secure connection.
The sword comes with a well-crafted scabbard of genuine, high quality leather to match the sword grip which is overlaid a core of wood. A carved wooden scabbard slide is bound in cord to the scabbard to allow for it to be slung from a baldric or belt for wear.
