Lord of Battles - Padded Gambeson Collar - Red
This Gambeson Collar of quilted red cotton has been padded with cotton felt. It is adjusted to fit with its leather strap and brass buckle. Additional straps have been riveted to the shoulder by which some armors may be secured to.
Being made from organic material it will breathe better than poly-fill gambesons. It is ideal for wearing beneath mail or plate armor to protect your neck and shoulder from sharp edges on the armor and to give a layer of impact-absorbing padding beneath. It is also good for wearing over your gambeson to give a more thorough, up-armored protection to your gambeson armor. One size fits most.
