Lord of Battles – Padded Gambeson Mittens

These Gambeson Arming Mittens are a pair of padded gauntlets which are crafted from thick and durable cotton with a quilted construction. The underside of the hands are lined with supple leather for ease of movement and superior gripping. The interior is thickly padded with material which is 85% cotton and 15% miscellaneous fibers. These gauntlets strike a good balance between protection and overall flexibility.

An essential layer of protection for the vulnerable hands, these padded gauntlets protect the hands from cuts and errant slashes, as well as protect the hands from blisters and bruises from hard contact with your own weapon. They can work well on their own or can even be paired with plate clamshell gauntlets to create a layered and complete armored protection.
