This fluted buckler is of 16 gauge blackened steel. The grip has been riveted to its reverse and is fitted with two halves of wood for a more secure and comfortable grip.

Much nicer than my last buckler. This is a very nice buckler for the price. It’s solid and there is no wiggle in the handle. Also, the handle feels comfortable at a 90 degree angle. The wood slabs are a bit rough but a little sanding can fix that easily. it’s a far improvement over my last one that was too heavy and had a handle that was loose and angled wrong.
