Large Hewing Spearhead - Deepeeka
This very large hewing spearhead is practically a short sword in length and serves to give its wielder a spear capable of delivering cuts and chops as well as deep and wide punctures. The spearhead is forged from high carbon steel and is ready to be mounted onto your own wooden haft. Two pre-drilled holes allow for screws to be installed to reinforce the mounting of the spearhead. It is recommended that you taper the haft to fit the individual socket of your spearhead.

Often paired together
This is definitely a sword on a pole. I recommend keeping it around 6′ when mounting it. I started at 10′ but it was too “whippy” (do to its weight). I moved it down to a total of 6′ now it handles much better and as a bonus if I had to defend myself against a bear, I could.
I love it. Like the long hewing spear it’s a cutter but it’s also very robustly constructed like a tank. Extremely affordable, easy to replace and maintain and a great addition to any spear hunter or weapon collectors’ arsenal. 10/10 would use to fight off Spanish and Gaulish invaders.
