Buying from this site, and this store especially, was a mistake. The sword has had its pictures changed to reflect how it actually looks, and the site had the gall to outright cancel my order, costing me an extra 10$, without me ever asking. I’ve never been more upset about buying a blade; not on Ebay, Etsy, nor even Temu. The 2$ carbon steel tanto knives I bought a week ago look like a masterpiece comparatively, and ARE razor sharp. I could probably buy a sword from someone in a back alley and end up with both an actual product at all and one that’s even a bit accurate.
I could SEE the scratches up and down the sword edge in the pictures I was emailed. THAT is Standard? I feel like you tried to send me a Blemished and like your store doesn’t read any of the order requests at all or properly accomodate any of the 30$ surcharges you offer. I would know for certain if you had managed to successfully send me a product at all. Again, I NEVER actually asked for a refund, the site decided for me. The quality control team canceled your store’s order because I pointed out the flaws and asked questions; I refuse to be held accountable for a decision I did not make and thus am reviewing this blade despite not receiving it.
The good: The pommel looked the same in both sets of pictures, that’s all.
If one can change reviews, I’ll change my review once you get me a sword that doesn’t look like it was abused. I’ve never felt worse about buying any weapon, not ever.
