1st Century Tin-Plated Mainz Balteus - Deepeeka
This Roman Balteus with Tassets is crafted from thick and sturdy leather and it is lavishly embellished with belt plates and a hinged buckle of tin plated brass. The two rondels mounted to hinged plates are used to anchor a Pugio dagger to the belt (dagger not included).
The tassets are emblazoned with numerous tin-plated medallions. These tassets can be slipped onto the belt or removed at will. The belt is backed in suede leather to protect your tunic from damage from the rivets used for the fittings.
